1. Introduction

Welcome to G Suites Hotel Surabaya. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Reservations and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full, or a deposit as specified during the booking process, is required. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice if valid payment details are not provided.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or cancelled. Flexible rates typically allow cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

5. Hotel Rules and Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and comply with hotel rules. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, without any refund.

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Use of hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, is at your own risk.
